As of 1/15/26, we have reengineered the stand, guaranteeing that each tier sits firm without any lean; through rigorous testing, we're confident in its' ability to hold 4lbs per tier while still being able to swivel 360-degrees.

The stand is heavy; by combining the steel serving plates with the thermoplastic base plates, the stand is designed for 360-degree swiveling while being anchored by the base plate.

*DISCLAIMER*

We advise hosts to load from the bottom up - it is only prone to tipping and/or wobbling when food is loaded on the second and third tiers, then swiveling without any supporting weight on the bottom tier.

The base plate is engineered to serve as an anchor for the rest of the serving stand.

We ship all orders the next business day from the Totem warehouse in Michigan. During high volume season, this may change to 2-3 business days (after your order, you will be notified of shipping status via email)

A flat rate of $7 is applied to all orders with Totem. If you need expedited shipping, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will work with you.

Yes, we do indeed offer a lifetime warranty on our serving stand. If your product chips, cracks, or begins to degrade with extensive use, please contact us with images of the damaged parts, in which we will replace. -> company@totemserve.com

What justifies it being $75?

When designing our product, there were several corners we could've cut to save on cost; we didn't start Totem to be another sub-par tableware brand. We spent two years designing, engineering, and extensively testing a serving stand that performs and holds up for years of real hosting.

Customers use Totem hundreds of times. At $75 over 200 uses, that’s about $0.38 per use. Compared to buying “good enough” pieces every year (often $200+) that only get pulled out a few times, Totem is the better option for those who frequently host and value high-quality kitchenware.

Growing up, Jordan Stuart's family had one rule: dinner was sacred.

No matter how busy, everyone gathered around the table. It wasn't about the food, it was about the laughter, the stories, the feeling of being truly heard.

"Those dinners shaped who I am," Jordan says. "My parents, my siblings, my grandparents; we solved problems together, celebrated wins, and just... connected. I credit those moments for the vibrant family life I have today."
