What is the Totem Axis?

How do I assemble the Totem Axis?
Assembling the Totem Axis is easy. Simply stack the three trays on top of each other, and you're ready to serve. It's a quick and hassle-free setup.

Is the Totem Axis heat-resistant?
Yes, the plates of the Totem Axis can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The pole which the plates are stacked on is not heat resistant, and we advise that the plates cool down below 150 degrees Fahrenheit prior to stacking.
The plastic and steel base plates are dishwasher—and oven-safe, but the vertical pole is NOT.
What can I serve with the Totem Axis besides fajitas?

How does it not tip?
The Axis' plates get smaller from bottom to top. The heaviest foods should be served on the bottom plate; the weight of food plus the steel plates anchor the tray to the table, and allow the top two plates to be swiveled and customized.
Do not exceed three pounds of weight on the top two plates
Apply food from bottom to top to prevent tipping.
Is the Totem Axis easy to clean?
Yes!
1. When it's time for cleanup, disassemble the plates from the pole and insert the base and steel serving plates into the dishwasher.
2. Do not dishwash the pole; simply wipe it down if necessary
3. Keep the box and use it to store each plate along with the pole until next use.
