One evening, Jordan Stuart, at 14 years old sat down for fajitas with his family at their favorite Mexican restaurant.
Four orders of fajitas. Four plates per person, all crammed at a booth that couldn't hold it all.
As they began eating, drinks were spilled, plates were crammed, everyone was stressed before taking a bite.
The food was incredible, but the table was chaos.
And in that moment, Jordan thought: there has to be a better way.
That night, the family sketched the idea for a stackable,
swiveling fajita tray that would elevate the meal —
literally and figuratively.
They filed for a patent in 2018.
